AERO-DM "Direct-Mount" Brake Kits

• Directly mounts to factory spindles and hubs, front and rear, without the need for additional brackets
• Provides greater brake torque and increased thermal stability, yet fits behind most 17” and larger wheels

Wilwood has engineered new front and rear Aero-DM direct-mount bolt-on brake kits for 2022-2024 Mercedes 2500 Sprinter Vans developed specifically for ease of installation and reduced cost and will work with most 17" and larger wheels.

These kits are designed to be fully compatible with factory front and rear brake mounting positions, master cylinders, and ABS computer systems. The Aero-DM kits provide more holding power and brake torque, easier low-speed modulation, with a much better pedal feel for more confident braking performance and daily use.

BRAKE PADS: BP-Q

• BP-Q ceramic-based, dual-sport brake pad for everyday street or performance driving (additional compounds available)

Larger pads and rotors provide greater thermal capacity and heat dissipation for high-demand highway, off-road, towing, hauling, and commercial workload applications. Forged aluminum six-piston Aerolite front (Aero6-DM) and four-piston Aerolite rear (Aero4-DM) are both direct-mount calipers engineered to bolt directly to the MBZ 2500 Sprinter spindles/hubs, delivering improved clamping force.

ROTORS: GTB

• 13.25" diameter one-piece premium grade iron alloy for heavy-duty use with protective black E-coating throughout
• GTB asymmetrically slotted face pattern with 48 vanes for efficient cooling

Rotors are 13.25" x 1.25" front and 13.25" x 1.10" rear utilizing premium long grain carbon and iron alloy that substantially increase braking performance when paired with new Wilwood BP-Q ceramic-based compound brake pads. Protective E-coated 48 vane rotors come in a GTB slotted configuration.

CALIPERS: AERO6-DM, AERO4-DM

• Stress-flow forged aluminum Aerolite calipers are engineered for direct mounting using Aero6-DM six piston (differential bore) calipers up front and Aero4-DM four piston calipers in the rear
• Compatible with the factory master cylinder, ABS and all electronic controls

Stainless steel braided Flexline kits and premium-grade hardware included.
